Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of the contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Protectra GmbH, Lerchenweg 3, 40789 Monheim am Rhein, info@protectra.de, Phone: +49 2173 9930312) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to cancel before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees for this refund.

If you requested that the services begin during the cancellation period, you will be required to pay us an amount that corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided by the time you inform us of your decision to exercise the right of cancellation, compared to the total amount of services stipulated in the contract.
